You get full SSH and sudo root access to each of your VPS's and dedicated servers. This allows you to customize your environment, or you can have us do it for you. We always give you choices to create what works best for you.
BUNDLING
We offer all of our load balancing and SSL offloading products on our F5 BIG-IP LTMs. Virtual servers come pre-bundled with up 2 available Ips included, and dedicated servers come pre-bundled with up to 5. (Please note that ARIN rules dictate that use of public IP space must still be justified.)
24/7 MONITORING

Our internal Nagios server monitors all dedicated servers and pages our support team the instant that we notice something is amiss.
